  • I lost my password but I get an error message when I use the new one you created. What should I do?

    Please return to the email you received with your new password, click on the link to activate your new password, and then try logging in again.

  • I am having trouble navigating thru the VIP Pass process.

    First, please check to see if you have new browser windows buried behind old windows. Second, please try deleting cookies and registering again.

  • I cannot access marketing, support or community sites – what should I do?

    Please email VIP@softwareag.com and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.

  • I currently have a different login id/password for support than I do for eg., the discussion forums – what should I do?

    Please email VIP@softwareag.com and we will help you create an identity for all purposes.

  • Why I am still asked for some additional information even though I have the VIP Pass?

    Different Software AG sites ask for different information depending upon the resources you are looking for. It helps us understand your needs better and provide you with the information most relevant to you.

    For example, perhaps you have already obtained your VIP Pass when you registered for a webinar and you would like to join one of the Developer Communities, we won’t ask you for details you have already provided such as your name and password, just the additional information we need such as which of the three Developer Communities interests you

  • I have forgotten my password. Can I recover it?

    Please click on “Lost Password” and follow the instructions.

  • I cannot change my password
